Every topic includes three differentiated pupil worksheets:
🔺 Triangle – lower-ability level
⚪ Circle – middle-ability level
⬜ Square – higher-ability level
Each pupil worksheet has a corresponding answer page, making the bundle practical for teacher marking, independent checking and supported learning at home.
📦 What is included?
The bundle contains:
10 maths topics
30 differentiated pupil worksheets
30 corresponding answer pages
60 pages in total
10 digital PDF sets
Three differentiated levels for every topic
QR codes linking to external YouTube support videos
Clear instructions, answer spaces and child-friendly illustrations
🧮 Topics included
Ordering Numbers – arranging groups of numbers in ascending and descending order
Partitioning Numbers – breaking numbers into their place-value parts
Rounding Numbers – rounding to the nearest 10, 100 and 1,000
More Than and Less Than – finding numbers that are 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 more or less
Fractions of Amounts – finding unit and non-unit fractions of whole-number amounts
Adding Hours to Clock Times – drawing new analogue clock times and recording them digitally
Missing Number Problems – solving addition and subtraction equations with the unknown in different positions
Adding Near Multiples of 10 – using compensation to add numbers such as 9, 11, 29, 31, 49, 51, 59 and 61
Subtracting Near Multiples of 10 and 20 – using compensation to subtract values close to multiples of 10 and 20
Improper Fractions and Mixed Numbers – converting improper fractions into whole numbers and mixed numbers
📈 Differentiation and learning progression
The worksheets provide visible progression across the three levels.
🔺 Triangle worksheets introduce the skills using smaller number ranges, more familiar fractions and simpler increments. Examples include ordering four-digit numbers, partitioning mainly three- and four-digit numbers, rounding to the nearest 10, finding unit fractions and adding or subtracting values close to 10.
⚪ Circle worksheets increase the number range and introduce more demanding calculations. Learners work with numbers extending into five digits, round to the nearest 100, find non-unit fractions, add larger numbers close to multiples of 10 and calculate clock times using larger hour intervals.
⬜ Square worksheets provide extension through larger values and more complex applications. Activities include partitioning numbers up to 132,922, rounding numbers up to 1,300,232 to the nearest 100 and 1,000, working with more challenging improper fractions, and completing calculations involving three- and four-digit numbers.
The amount of scaffolding also changes between topics. Some worksheets provide worked examples, reminders or calculation strategies, while the higher level generally uses larger numbers, less familiar values or a wider range of question types.
🎯 Skills developed
This bundle supports learners in developing:
Place-value knowledge
Number comparison and ordering
Ascending and descending order
Partitioning
Rounding
