⚪ Circle – Middle-Ability Level
Pupils form the same ten words, match vocabulary with meanings and complete sentences using a word bank. The final activity increases the challenge by asking pupils to explain the meanings of five -less words.
⬜ Square – Higher-Ability Level
Pupils form ten -less words and apply a larger eight-word vocabulary bank to contextual sentences. They then write independent sentences using careless, fearless, harmless, hopeless and useless.
